We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Store Manager for our boutique powered by the Leap Platform, coming to the Domain in

November 2025 . You will lead with a strategic mindset, developing and executing plans that drive sales, enhance customer interactions, and strengthen community ties. A key part of this role is recruiting and developing a high-performing team through thoughtful hiring, coaching, and performance management. You’ll foster a collaborative, goal-oriented environment by setting clear expectations and leading by example. As a local market expert, you will use your knowledge of community events and networking opportunities to drive store traffic, client engagement, and brand awareness. You’ll also partner with neighboring stores and execute impactful in-store activations to grow the customer base and elevate the brand presence. Operational excellence is at the core of this position. You will ensure brand standards are met across all areas of store operations, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, inventory management, and shipment processing. The ideal candidate thrives in an independent, fast-paced retail environment and is confident in managing daily operations such as opening/closing procedures, team scheduling, and payroll accuracy. This role may extend beyond your primary location, occasionally supporting other Leap-powered stores within the market. This includes assisting with new store openings, onboarding team members, providing sales floor coverage, or leading community activations. Responsibilities

Lead store operations with a strategic focus on sales growth, customer experience, and brand presence. Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team; manage performance and succession planning. Execute community engagement and in-store activations; collaborate with nearby stores to drive traffic. Maintain brand standards across visual merchandising, cleanliness, inventory, and shipments. Oversee daily store activities including opening/closing, scheduling, and payroll accuracy. Utilize digital tools to support operations and client engagement (Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Workspace). Adapt schedules and operations to ensure flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed. Ensure safety and ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a retail setting. Qualifications

Proven experience in retail or customer service, preferably in boutique, premium, or lifestyle brands, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building client relationships. Strong business acumen with ability to interpret KPIs, identify trends, and adapt strategies to drive store performance and profitability. Track record of delivering personalized service and authentic client connections that reflect brand values. Experience leading talent strategy, recruitment, networking, and succession planning to build strong pipelines. Operational excellence across scheduling, payroll, inventory, visual standards, and policy compliance. Proficiency with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace to support operations and communication. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel. Ability to lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be 18+ years of age. Annual Pay Range:

$60,000 to $70,000 . Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications. About Leap
