This role contributes to company’s success by leading the development of inventory forecasts that drive planning processes, ensuring the attainment of sales forecasts and customer service objectives. The Inventory Planner Sr. partners cross-functionally to optimize inventory strategies, reduce waste, and increase margin while modeling Company’s guiding principles. Job Title:

Senior Inventory Planner Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement inventory and service level strategies, recommending optimal inventory levels and trade-off options between cost and service targets. Partner with cross-functional teams to design strategies and implement assortment plan changes that improve sales and reduce waste. Use insights, data, and forecasting expertise to anticipate trend shifts and put preventative measures in place. Conduct analysis to identify store-level opportunities, recommending solutions to meet sales and financial targets. Coordinate across teams to ensure timely completion of work amidst multiple competing priorities. Adapt communication for diverse audiences, including leadership, ensuring accurate and collaborative messaging. Minimum Qualifications:

Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proven inventory and replenishment planning knowledge. Familiarity with store allocation and supply processes. Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment. Independent, detail-oriented, and adaptable in ambiguous situations. MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint – advanced proficiency). Experience in supply chain and planning environments. Oracle BI, O9, or IMS systems. Location:

The salary for this position is between $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Benefits:
