We support municipal clients in the planning, design, and delivery of resilient water infrastructure—from master planning and hydraulic modeling to treatment optimization and system upgrades. Role Overview Seeking a

Project Manager

with strong expertise in water and wastewater system planning. The role centers on hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, master planning, and client-supported system improvements across municipal utility networks. Key Responsibilities Lead development of traditional and integrated master plans for water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities Conduct detailed data analyses: sanitary/storm flows, water demand forecasting, hydraulic conditions Perform system modeling (Autodesk InoViz, XPSWMM, Bentley, DHI MIKE or equivalent) Draft conceptual site plans, technical memoranda, cost estimates, and regulatory deliverables Support permitting, alternatives analyses, and feasibility studies Mentor junior engineering staff and provide technical leadership in modeling and planning efforts Cultivate and maintain client relationships; assist with proposal development and project scope definition Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering 7–15 years

of relevant experience in system modeling, utility planning, and engineering project management Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license required or eligible for reciprocity Proficiency with GIS, CAD, Word, Excel, and hydraulic modeling tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at engaging clients and cross-functional teams Highly motivated, creative, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects independently Preferred Credentials:

Master’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Business Administration Estimated base salary range:
