The Senior Project Manager will serve as the right hand to the Office Director, helping lead the Dallas team, manage key projects, and mentor junior staff. This is a strategic position with clear visibility and the potential to grow into a future office leadership role. Key Responsibilities
Lead structural design and project delivery from concept through construction Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact Oversee project teams, budgets, and schedules Mentor and support the development of junior engineers Collaborate with other offices and disciplines to deliver integrated solutions Why This Role Stands Out
