The Senior Project Manager will serve as the right hand to the Office Director, helping lead the Dallas team, manage key projects, and mentor junior staff. This is a strategic position with clear visibility and the potential to grow into a future office leadership role. Key Responsibilities

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering PE license required 8+ years of experience in structural engineering, with proven project management skills Strong technical background and client-facing experience Excellent communication and leadership abilities
