Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Oracle Cloud Order Management in Irvine, CA. Focused on Oracle Cloud Order Management to optimize order-to-cash processes in a hybrid Oracle Cloud environment. Responsibilities
Lead and support full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing support for Oracle Order Management Cloud Collaborate with sales operations, finance, supply chain, and IT to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and deliver Oracle Cloud solutions Design, configure, and optimize Oracle Cloud Order Management functionality in line with best practices Create functional specs, configuration docs, user stories, and test scenarios Coordinate and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing Partner with technical teams to design/test integrations, especially with Oracle EBS WMS Provide end-user training and maintain documentation Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions Research emerging Oracle Cloud technologies and identify opportunities for innovation Contribute to process and documentation improvements Stay current on Oracle Order Management and Product Management Cloud features and best practices Requirements
5-10 years as an Oracle Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant, with strong Order Management focus 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management; Configurator module experience is a plus Strong grasp of Fusion Order Management processes, data structures, and configurations Ability to adapt processes to the company's customer-centric model vs. EBS's inventory-centric approach Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules: Order Capture, Processing, Pricing, Shipping Execution, GOP, and Supply Chain Orchestration Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation in a cloud environment Solid understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) and its integration with Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and WMS Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio) and familiar with tools like Jira Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-project setting Strong business analysis and project leadership skills Preferred Qualifications
Global exposure (e.g., Japan, Europe) is beneficial but not required Familiarity with Product Management Cloud and other Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing, Procurement, WMS/LogFire) Understanding of order management flows, integrations, and localization Knowledge of customer master domain (hierarchies, pricing, contracts, inventory, profiling) Adjacent module familiarity (Warehouse, Procurement, BI) is a plus Experience with Oracle EBS Order & Fulfillment apps (Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Configurator, WMS) Skilled in reporting tools (Power BI, OTBI, BI Publisher) Compensation and Benefits
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
