Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused
Wealth Management Associate
to support their advisory team in delivering high-touch financial planning and investment services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key liaison between the firm and clients, handling service requests, account inquiries, and operational needs with professionalism and efficiency. Support Financial Advisors in the preparation and execution of client meetings, including generating performance reports, investment proposals, and financial planning materials. Assist with account openings, transfers, and maintenance using custodial platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing. Coordinate client onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is compliant and submitted in a timely manner. Maintain accurate client records and data across CRM and portfolio management systems. Facilitate money movements (e.g., wires, distributions, contributions) in accordance with firm procedures and compliance standards. Monitor important client milestones such as RMDs, anniversaries, and life events to ensure proactive service. Work closely with custodians and internal departments to resolve issues and improve the client experience. Assist with compliance and documentation requirements, including audit preparation and internal recordkeeping. Participate in process improvement and client service enhancement projects as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within a wealth management, RIA, or financial advisory firm. Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, and wealth planning services. Proficiency with CRM platforms and custodial systems (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity). Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Clear, professional written and verbal communication. FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred, or willingness to obtain.
