As a
Procurement Planner II , you will translate customer forecasts into material plans, partner with Engineering to maintain accurate floorstock BOMs, and track/process orders for manufacturing equipment and supplies. You will manage vendor relationships to drive cost savings, deliver monthly/quarterly reports on stock levels by category and location, and lead regular reviews with Production to control on-hand and aging inventory. You’ll assess supply risks, rebalance inventory as trends shift, and continuously improve procurement processes—documenting changes with clear process flowcharts. You will report directly to the Planning Manager. You will
Review customer forecast and plan materials to support upcoming builds Work with engineering to manage and maintain accurate floorstock BOMs Track and process orders for equipment and supplies needed for manufacturing Manage vendor relationships and drive down material costs Summarize purchases into monthly / quarterly reports regarding stock levels by category and location Conduct regular review meetings with production to manage and control on hand inventory and aging Conduct risk assessments on supply trends, review and rebalance inventory Continuously improve procurement processes Document and maintain flowcharts of changes in process You have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 3+ years in procurement, program management, or supply chain. High-volume reporting and data analysis experience; advanced Excel (e.g., pivots, lookups) and Windows OS proficiency. Proven work in fast-paced, change-management environments—strategy formulation and coordinating internal/external resources. Basic knowledge of the server/cloud computing industry (preferred, not required). You are
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving. Clear communicator (written and verbal) with effective stakeholder management. Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive. Able to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines. Demonstrated team leadership and collaboration—able to lead cooperative efforts across functions. Annual Salary Range
