As the Enhanced Support Program Coordinator, you will work in the Journeys program and help people develop the necessary work and life skills to become productive members of their local communities. We are currently looking for new and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LABA) to oversee cases within 1 or more of our Applied Behavior Analysis programs. We provide services in a variety of locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts and offer services to individuals ranging from 15 months to 22 years. As a BCBA at Northeast Arc, you'll have the responsibility of: Supervising, mentoring, and working closely with Behavior therapists and families in home, community, center, and clinic settings. Working as part of a dynamic and dedicated team and participating in weekly supervisory and team meetings. Developing and monitoring individual goals and strategies, analyzing data to determine progress, and attending IFSP and IEP meetings. Completing initial and ongoing assessments, managing behavior plans, and attending regular meetings with caregivers. Qualifications: Personable, motivated, creative, dependable, and ready to accomplish day-to-day challenges. Certification and MA licensure (BCBA/LABA). Experience working with children. Strong creative problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required. Job Type:
