This is a high-touch, client-facing role where polished presentation, flexibility, and exceptional service are key. Lead daily catering operations with a focus on excellence, efficiency, and client satisfaction Supervise and develop a team of 2–3 hourly staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple tenants and clients through polished, professional service Flex quickly to meet changing client needs and event demands Monitor financial performance and ensure budgetary goals are met Plan and execute special events, conferences, and high-end catering functions Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards Qualifications
Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or food service operations Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polished and client-focused Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities Portfolio (e.g., Instagram or digital showcase) of past catering/event work preferred to inspire and engage clients Benefits
