Manage the preparation of large-scale CEQA & NEPA documents for various project types/sectors. Supervise and coordinate activities within the sector; recommend performance improvements; manage staff utilization and profitability. Track personnel actions, staff development, recruiting, hiring, and training measures. Lead sector quality control, ensuring quality work through proactive project management and implementing corrective measures as needed. Provide hands-on mentoring and team participation to bridge technical resources with client requirements, ensuring leadership on technical assignments. Work with client development leadership to prioritize marketing and business development efforts for maximum ROI. Champion a quality culture within the sector and production teams, serving our clients effectively. Represent the company at professional organizations and industry events. Promote a safety culture aligned with the Drive to Zero initiative. Interpret, implement, and enforce company policies. Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in environmental science or related field. 10+ years of experience in environmental technical writing, CEQA & NEPA document preparation, and knowledge of endangered species act and permitting. Experience with Microsoft Project and Teams. Previous consulting industry experience. Experience in California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and/or New Mexico markets. Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field. Minimum of 10 years in complex environmental planning projects. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience with environmental impact issues and permit processes.
