Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Greet all customers by name, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand. Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized, with a positive attitude. Maintain a self-reliant attitude; able to work with or without supervision. Promote excellent customer relations; smile, go above and beyond, and create a positive impression of LAZ Parking. Your Qualifications
You’re charismatic, energetic, and eager to help. Responsible and reliable. A good driver with a driving record; able to drive a standard transmission; careful with other people’s property. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure. Good communication skills; able to speak, read, and comprehend English. Team player who can motivate others. Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Strong customer service experience. Cash handling experience is preferred but not required. Parking industry experience is preferred but not required. Skills
Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle. Professional and effective communication. Willingness to be flexible and work at multiple facility locations. Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations. Ability to work unsupervised and make independent decisions. Demonstrates urgency and timeliness. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills. Physical Demands
Willingness to work in the elements (heat, wind, snow, rain). Lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds. Stand, walk, and run for extended periods; bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently. The physical demands described are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of the job.
