Job Purpose As a Product Strategist on the Honda Digital Marketing team, the associate is responsible for the production, development, and maintenance of core sections of American Honda’s digital properties, including the Honda Automobiles, Honda Corporate, and Honda Racing websites. Key responsibilities include project management, production and development of compelling digital content to support AHM’s digital marketing strategy, including driving awareness, engagement and consideration of Honda vehicles, and converting upper-funnel shoppers into qualified leads. Key Accountabilities Manage key model landing pages, content/asset updates, website enhancements and maintenance activities to support vehicle launches, sales promotions and brand initiatives. Collaborate with internal Divisions (e.g., CX, IT, Sales, Service), Departments (e.g., Advertising, PR, Product Planning, Social Media), and third-party agencies, to support key brand initiatives and stories. Streamline marketing workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and increase efficiency. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of all content updates and site enhancements to ensure successful launch with minimal defects. Lead efforts to implement website personalization strategies to enhance user experiences and drive conversions. Provide analytics support to marketing and leadership teams. Collaborate with other AHM departments to ensure adequate digital support is provided for product launches, sales promotions, and other business objectives. Oversee the intake and prioritization of digital marketing projects in Jira. Qualifications, Experience, And Skills Bachelor’s Degree in relative field. 5+ years in a high-performing digital marketing, website management, email marketing, marketing communications or similar field. Strong project management skills, able to take on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with inter-departmental teams and agencies to achieve project objectives. Strategic mindset with high attention to detail. Agency experience or Agency/vendor management skills. Understanding of UX/UI design principles is helpful. Understanding of website development, content management concepts a plus. Familiarity with SEO/SEM, digital media a plus. Familiarity with web analytics and performance optimizations. Familiarity with Agile project framework a plus. Flexibility and adaptability.
