As the Legal Executive Assistant, you will provide high‑level administrative support to leadership, managing scheduling, calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and deadline tracking. $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr What You’ll Do
Draft and prepare documents for meetings, conduct targeted research, track deadlines, and ensure accurate documentation. Proactively manage calendars to maximize executive efficiency. Coordinate complex schedules and develop detailed, point-to-point travel itineraries. Prepare and process expense reports while maintaining precise financial records. Contribute to office initiatives, including planning events and fostering a collaborative team environment. Monitor executive-level directives to ensure projects progress smoothly and align with firm objectives. Assist with ad hoc research and administrative projects as needed. Support occasional office coordination tasks and cross-team projects to enhance overall operations. What We’re Looking For
Proven expertise. The ideal candidate possesses at least five to eight years of previous EA support experience, preferably to a leadership team in a legal setting. Wordsmith. You clearly express ideas in writing and spot grammatical errors in documents. Strong writing and editing skills are essential. Systems expert. You are skilled across Microsoft Office with a knack for leveraging tools to streamline workflows. Adaptable problem-solver. You are open to new challenges and work incredibly well with others. Relationship builder. You are approachable, professional, and warm in interactions, with the ability to foster strong connections with executives, colleagues, and clients. Master of logistics.
