Customer Support Associates with our client in Phoenix, AZ. Weekly pay is $18.00 per hour. Apply now!

Responsibilities:

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls Follow scripts verbatim during customer interactions Navigate multiple systems while entering data accurately Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally Use Microsoft Teams for internal communication Adhere to assigned work schedules Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy Maintain reliability and punctuality Provide excellent customer service skills Requirements:

Must be able to work on-site at the Phoenix, AZ call center High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center Must communicate effectively in English, with strong verbal and written abilities Ability to read a script verbatim and navigate multiple systems simultaneously during calls Proficient in Microsoft Teams Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Reliable and punctual with adherence to assigned schedules Available shifts:

7:30 AM - 3:00 PM PST 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST Pay Details:

$18.00 per hour
