Café Marquesa at The Marquesa Hotel has an exciting opening for a Executive Chef in beautiful Key West, FL. From its inception, Café Marquesa has led the way in expressing a unique, gourmet coastal cuisine. Our kitchen combines the finest seafood, meats, and produce with classic preparations and creativity. Cafe Marquesa also features a seven-course tasting menu. A minimum of 3 years Executive Chef level experience in fine dining establishment(s). Executive Chef Responsibilities
The Executive Chef is a key part of the leadership team, driving culinary excellence at Cafe Marquesa. As the Executive Chef, you will continue to develop our culinary team including a Sous Chef and a team of line level staff. You will partner with the Noble House Corporate Chef for initial menu development guidance. What it Takes to be a successful Executive Chef
To be successful in the role as Executive Chef, you bring experience leading a culinary team in a luxury boutique hotel with a top-notch, exclusive restaurant (think Relais & Chateaux). Additional experience such as Michelin PLUS a degree from an accredited culinary institute will be highly regarded. Naturally, you have the drive to exceed expectations for this special location. Your creativity and leadership skills will inspire our team.
