Chaffey College is seeking applicants for the adjunct faculty pool in the Theatre Department. All applicants are expected to meet the California State Community College Minimum Qualifications for Drama/Theatre Arts instructors (below). Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee employment or an interview. Minimum Qualifications
Master's or Master of Fine Arts in drama/theater arts/performance OR Bachelor's or Bachelor of Fine Arts in drama/theater arts/performance AND Master's in comparative literature, English, communication studies, speech, literature or humanities OR The equivalent Demonstrated evidence of sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socio-economic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds in a community college environment. MEETING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS DOES NOT ASSURE THE CANDIDATE OF AN INTERVIEW.
