Pay Range:
$100,000-$120,000 annually Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position. Benefits:

Developing and implementing Safety programs and procedures, collaborating with the Safety Manager, and documenting processes. Responsible for quality control audits ensuring safety compliance per company and OSHA standards. Reviewing subcontractors' safety policies and performance. Ensuring the Safety Plan is understood and followed by Project Managers and subcontractors. Conducting accident investigations and preparing incident reports. Developing and conducting employee safety and health training programs. Performing detailed site safety and health inspections. Managing project security contracts, programs, and policies. Writing injury/illness reports. Establishing policies to promote a culture of health and safety. Assessing practices, procedures, and facilities for risk and legal compliance. Conducting safety training and presentations. Monitoring compliance through inspections. Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience as a Safety Manager in cell site deployments. 5+ years in the Telecom industry. Experience as a Certified Tower Climber or overseeing Certified Tower Climbers. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety policies. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Proven experience as Safety Director or Safety Manager. Understanding of legal health and safety guidelines. Ability to produce reports and develop policies. Good data analysis and risk assessment skills. Excellent organizational, motivational, and communication skills. Ability to travel outside Illinois.
