ASAP About the Opportunity: A leading financial services firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Learning and Development Analyst
to join its collaborative Human Resources team. This position supports key talent development initiatives with a focus on training coordination, program operations, and reporting. It’s a great opportunity for someone passionate about learning strategy and execution who is eager to grow within a high-performing, people-focused organization. What You'll Do: Coordinate logistics for live (not e-learning) training sessions—scheduling, enrollment, communication, and vendor management Manage training calendars and ensure seamless day-of execution, including tech setup and catering Monitor pre-work completion and track attendance in the Learning Management System (Workday preferred) Maintain accurate records of participation and costs; manage LinkedIn Learning platform oversight and reporting Create decks, reports, and documentation to support talent development and efficiency improvements Provide additional support for special projects and events, partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree required 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably from a financial services, consulting, or similarly structured organization Direct experience coordinating live, in-person training programs (not just digital learning) Comfort with data—strong Excel and reporting skills are a must Experience using a Learning Management System (Workday preferred) Strong presence and professionalism; confident with internal clients and senior stakeholders Calm, process-driven, and reliable with exceptional follow-through Interest in creating structure and streamlining operations Why Join?
