Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and in the community. The BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director. Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans. Maintain strong organization, motivation, flexibility, positivity, and teamwork. Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, special education or related fields Current BCBA certification Strong interpersonal and writing skills Established management skills Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team Proficient in systems such as Central Reach Schedule
