SAP Analyst - Order to Cash at IDI: Insulation Distributors Inc. Compensation: $101,300 - $143,900. Location: Chanhassen, MN. Job Summary
The SAP Analyst – Order To Cash will participate in a cross-functional team environment as part of the IDI SAP Team. This position will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing SAP business applications. The primary focus of this position will be Order to Cash. Order to Cash includes Sales Order Processing, Delivery Processing, Shipment Processing, Pricing, Billing, Credit and other associated processes. Responsibilities/Duties
SAP S/4 HANA ERP Support: Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) business functionality. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and customize the SAP SD module to meet business needs, including Sales Order Processing, Delivery Processing, Shipment Processing, Pricing, Billing, and Credit. Participate in the SAP Roadmap delivery process to ensure timely progress and appropriate project delivery and justification. Support and extend the SAP S/4HANA solution at IDI to enhance business processes. Identify opportunities to increase SAP adoption, utilization, and customer satisfaction. Leadership and Development: Serve as a liaison between departments to assist in developing business requirements for projects, system modifications, enhancements, and ERP solution implementations. Drive the creation and socialization of best practices, processes, and necessary artifacts to develop a Business Analysis practice suitable for IDI’s environment. Process Optimization and Project Management: Lead ongoing reviews of business processes, maintain all process documentation, and develop optimization strategies. Manage projects end-to-end, including developing project plans, monitoring progress, and communicating project status, obstacles, and resource needs. Work closely with end users and executive management to ensure solutions meet business needs, organizational goals, business priorities, and project expectations. Develop and execute use cases, user acceptance test plans, and other relevant artifacts. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties that provide benefits to IDI. Leadership Competencies

Writing and Documentation: Excellent writing and documentation skills. Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office tools; in-depth knowledge of SAP SD processes, configurations, and integration points; strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes; proficiency in troubleshooting SAP SD issues; knowledge of related SAP modules (MM and FI). Analytical and Conceptual Thinking: Exceptional critical and conceptual thinking skills with attention to detail and a holistic view. Ability to combine analytical and technical skills with business acumen to engage stakeholders. Education and/or Experience
Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science/Business or related equivalent experience. 4+ years’ experience in design and configuration in SAP SD with strong knowledge of integration points between Materials Management and Finance. Experience with multi-location, mid to large-sized organizations within transportation, logistics, or sales environments. Demonstrated project management skills. Preferred Experience: SAP ABAP coding experience or ability to read and understand custom ABAP code. SAP OTC-related Fiori application design and support. Benefits
