GUEST SERVICES AGENT/NIGHT AUDITOR We are seeking a friendly, outgoing person who will be the face of the hotel from guest arrival through stay. If you enjoy delivering great customer service with a positive attitude, this could be the right role for you. What to expect: you will help guests with check-ins/outs, guest requests, and provide information about the hotel and local area. Responsibilities
Complete daily front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs, and knowledge of room types and available rates. Assist arriving and departing guests with luggage to and from guest rooms. Act as a reference point for guests requiring assistance or information and address transportation needs. Acquire and share knowledge of the hotel and surrounding areas, venues, and attractions. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Three to six months related experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office. Ability to interact politely and positively with all hotel guests and team members. Ability to assess situations quickly and create effective resolutions.
