Inclusive ABA is an ABA provider that provides In-Home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with ASD. We have an amazing staff with a fantastic back office that creates an incredible work atmosphere.

We have a great staff, with over 20 years of experience. We offer the ability for BCBA's to create their own schedules, so feel free to inquire about that.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum, to provide behavior analysis services.

Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior change and skill development.

Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Collaborate with other professionals, such as medical providers and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

BCBA Requirements:

Must hold a current BCBA license with BACB and remain in good standing.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be willing to work on a team with support from the clinical directors.

Must be professional, self-motivated, and energetic.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Must have current basic first aid and CPR.

Skills:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.

Strong data collection and analysis skills.

Knowledge of special education practices and strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Expected hours:

10 – 40 per week.
