Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm Your Typical Responsibilities
Assist the Building Engineer with preventative and routine maintenance as assigned, including basic plumbing repairs, drywall repairs, painting, and general upkeep of the community and grounds Maintain upkeep of common areas, ensure exterior sidewalks are free of debris, and assist with trash removal as needed Complete the apartment make-ready process in an efficient and detail-oriented manner Support resident needs by completing assigned maintenance work order tasks, assist with internal moves as needed Assist with special event setup and clean up as needed Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience in apartment, senior living, hotel or comparable setting Proficient reading, comprehension, writing and mathematical ability Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English Ability to work assigned shift which may include early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community All offers of employment are conditional based on successful completion of a State and Federal criminal background check, drug screen, job-related physical and TB test Perks and Benefits
