Role Description The Job Title is a full-time on-site role located in Jefferson City, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various daily tasks such as food preparation, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, and managing kitchen staff. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, staff training, and the development and implementation of meal programs. You will collaborate with correctional facility staff to ensure that all operations run smoothly and effectively. Qualifications Experience in food preparation, culinary skills, and meal planning Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations Strong leadership and team management skills Inventory management and organizational skills Ability to develop and implement meal programs Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience in a correctional facility is a plus Relevant certification in food safety or culinary arts is beneficial What We Offer Note: Salary range $110,000 - $175,000
