Assistant Director of Occupancy & Compliance
St. Nicks Alliance, a North Brooklyn based community organization, seeks to transform lives of low- and moderate-income people through employment, education, housing, elder care and social services. The Assistant Director of Occupancy & Compliance is accountable to execute all aspects of marketing initiative, lottery, lease-up, income certification and reporting requirements of local, city and state housing regulations for all buildings under management. Responsibilities
Execute marketing initiatives and lease-up processes. Oversee income certification and reporting requirements. Create a high-performance work environment where all staff are supported & treated with respect. Ensure staff are properly onboarded and receive required training. Requirements
Associate’s degree or higher preferred. LIHTC, Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), or similar designation required. At minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience working in a leasing office setting for affordable housing. Prior experience in compliance, auditing, eligibility, bookkeeping or another related field desired. What We Offer
