Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting Develop secure, high-quality production code and review/debug code from others Identify opportunities to automate and improve operational stability of software applications Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams for architectural designs Foster a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect within the team Qualifications
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java and Python Strong understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security Demonstrated proficiency in software applications within a technical discipline such as cloud, AI, or machine learning Preferred Qualifications
