Relativity Space
Relativity Space is seeking an ERP Administrator I to support the ERP system and enable cross-functional operations as part of the Terrestrial Software team. This role focuses on user access, system stability, and data integrity within the ERP environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing user accounts, roles, and permissions within the ERP system. Help maintain system configurations and monitor performance to ensure stability. Participate in ERP testing, updates, and patch management. Document support resolutions, configuration changes, and system procedures. Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams on system issues and upgrades. Support data integrity efforts, including imports, exports, and report validation. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience Basic SQL or scripting experience Nice to Have
1–3 years of experience in a technical support, ERP admin, or IT analyst role Familiarity with ERP systems Basic understanding of databases, user access controls, and enterprise systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Clear communication skills and a customer-service mindset Compensation is determined based on experience and qualifications. Hiring range:
