The REO Eviction Specialist I is responsible for assigning a portfolio of foreclosed residential properties nationwide to approved attorney firms. They assist in the activities that result in vacancy such as evictions. The REO Eviction Specialist I will handle a total portfolio of 200 to 300 occupied assets. Direct reports: N/A Principal Duties
Handle work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed deadlines. Ensure clients’ properties are handled with timeliness and accuracy. Build excellent relationships with clients and keep them informed of property progress. Monitor properties from acquisition to possession. Assign occupied properties to the approved Eviction Attorney. Monitor attorney firm performance. Work with listing agents to determine appropriate Cash for Keys amounts. Monitor portfolio for strict adherence to state eviction timelines. Review property photos to determine if personal property requires an eviction. Performs related duties as assigned by management. Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, required. 1-year real estate, legal, or mortgage loan servicing experience, required. Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements
Knowledge of multi-state eviction rules and procedures is a plus. Notary is considered a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to multitask. Prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Extended hours and overtime when needed. Note:
