Senior Project Architect/Senior Associate role with a nationally recognized architecture and design firm. Located in Atlanta, GA. Hybrid work style: 3 days in office. Focus on performing arts centers and theater design. Ideal for a licensed architect who leads complex cultural projects from concept through construction and enjoys client-facing roles. Responsibilities
Lead projects or sub-teams across all design phases from presentations and schematics to construction administration Manage budgets, schedules, and project goals Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality performance spaces Provide mentorship and feedback to team members; support business development as needed Qualifications
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program 8+ years in professional architecture; experience in performing arts centers and theater facilities preferred Licensed architect Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD or other 3D modeling/rendering tools Knowledge of project management, materials and systems, and preparation of drawings and specifications from schematic design through construction documents Experience in all phases of conventional architecture and theater design Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision Ability to provide constructive feedback and participate in performance reviews and redlines For immediate consideration: Tristen Patel - Tristen@InteriorTalent.com For all active Interior Talent listings: Jobs.InteriorTalent.com
