is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. Contract duration is 12 months on W2, eligible for full benefits, with potential to extend or convert. Responsibilities
Grow the use of AI within customer and employee facing experiences Partner with cross functional business and technology teams to understand business landscape and drive AI opportunities Provide technical thought-leadership and direction for AI solutions across centralized and distributed environments Collaborate with Architecture, Foundations, and Security teams to adopt industrialized design patterns Define, design and capture data required for measurement of each solution Communicate clearly, share ideas, and ensure shared understanding with stakeholders Deliver with quality and speed Work with business and product owners to engineer AI-enabled solutions that create competitive advantage Design and build AI components, APIs, and loosely coupled applications for scalable delivery Incorporate security standards, test-driven development, and automated deployment pipelines Mentor junior teammates and lead code reviews and continuous improvement efforts Monitor performance, reliability, and costs to improve efficiency Plan, create, and execute automated test cases and load/performance testing Operate within Agile and Cloud Target squads using two-week sprints Own and support what you build and contribute to issue triage and prevention Develop an AI-first mindset to democratize AI across the company Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering 3+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (academic or professional) Experience with Agile software development lifecycles and DevOps/DevSecOps Development experience on AWS, with AWS SageMaker Programming experience in Python, R, Scala, Spark, or similar Experience with NLP, sentiment analysis, classification, or pattern recognition Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, or similar Familiarity with GenAI technology stacks including prompt engineering, guardrails, and LLM fine-tuning Experience with VectorDBs and data infrastructure to support Generative AI training and production Experience training and maintaining large language models Experience with production-grade development, integration, and support Ability to present to technical and business audiences Position open to ATL and MSP offices Employment details
