As a Software Engineer, you will: Develop, test, and document code, scripts, and processes aligned with organizational standards. Solve complex technical problems and build reusable components and libraries. Deliver high-quality solutions and mentor junior engineers. Conduct root cause analyses and lead remediation efforts. Design scalable, integrated systems for cross-functional teams. Manage and reduce technical debt across platforms. Anticipate and mitigate challenges related to scaling, latency, and durability. Collaborate with security teams to embed secure development practices. Assess and address technical risks proactively. Evaluate and improve team delivery practices and drive process enhancements. Promote reuse and eliminate duplication across engineering efforts. Measure team performance and support individual growth. Explore emerging technologies and lead prototype development. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field — or equivalent experience/training. 1–2 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying large-scale solutions in production environments. 1 year of experience with Java development 1 year of Angular experience Cloud experience (Preferably Azure but GCP or AWS is acceptable) Additional Skills & Tools

Strong problem-solving and system optimization skills. Clear and concise communication — verbal, written, code, and diagrams. Ability to design systems for incremental, safe releases across teams. Collaborative mindset with a focus on shared responsibilities. Deep domain knowledge and awareness of emerging technologies. Proficiency in object-oriented design and Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM). Familiarity with DevOps toolchains and continuous integration/deployment practices. Note:
