We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team, providing Level 1/2 support to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems when needed. You will work across Windows environments, Active Directory, Office 365, networking, and endpoint devices to ensure client systems run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Provide remote and onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking. Manage tickets through the helpdesk system and ensure timely resolution and documentation. Escalate advanced technical issues to senior engineers as needed. Assist with system deployments, user onboarding, and routine maintenance tasks. Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users. Qualifications:
1–3 years of IT support experience Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Office 365. Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Reliable transportation for occasional onsite client visits.
