Job Summary:

The Team Lead for the Village at Breckenridge Front Desk, you are the face of Breckenridge Hospitality and the Village at Breckenridge! You are the first point of contact for all guests and owner, to help make their stay a memorable one.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $24.23/hr

Employment Type: Year Round

Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

Check-in guests and condo owners, processing necessary paperwork and credit cards

Provide guests with information on Breckenridge and the surrounding area

Handle all customer needs

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Help resolve discrepancies with guest bills

Help Condo Owners with their Reservations

Check-out guests and condo owners ensuring posting and collection of payments

Assist with training new and existing front desk agents on the check in and checkout procedures, adhering to the brand standards.

Follow the daily procedures and ensure all team members are completing the check list.

Communicating with housekeeping as to the status of rooms, room moves, early arrivals or departures and guest requests.

Conduct site tours of guest rooms, conference areaProvide guests with information on Keystone Resort and the surrounding area

Handle all customer needs

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Help resolve discrepancies with guest bills

Help Condo Owners with their Reservations and general areas when needed.

Assist the Manager on Duty with executing the upgrade program and training staff on the upgrade process and maximizing on upgrade opportunities.

Act as the Manager on Duty when necessary and carry out the duties required of a manager.

Organizes and assists with ancillary operations, such as stocking the Grab and Go, Parking, Ski check

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High School education or equivalent

Extensive phone and computer skills with data entry experience

Basic reading, spelling, and math skills

Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with many different types of people in English

Ability to work with guests using good social manners, diplomacy, and tact

Ability to work well under pressure

Preferred:Previous hotel/hospitality experience

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $24.23/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
