Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Systems Manager to oversee, optimize, and enhance our enterprise business systems. This role combines hands-on coding, system integration, and automation with leadership responsibilities, ensuring our technology infrastructure supports and drives business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong ERP knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative, reliable, and efficient system solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of programmers, fostering professional growth and high performance. Partner with business systems analysts to design and implement solutions aligned with business needs. Collaborate with department leaders and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and plan system enhancements. Develop a strong understanding of business processes to deliver effective, scalable technical solutions. Write, review, and maintain code to customize and enhance systems using C#, Java, VBScript, SQL Server, and MariaDB. Develop custom modules, scripts, and workflows to automate business processes. Create APIs, web services, and integration scripts to enable seamless communication between applications. Work primarily in Windows environments, with Linux experience as a plus. System Integration Development Lead integration projects across ERP, MES, CRM, and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware solutions. Build and maintain ETL processes for data migration, synchronization, and transformation. Develop automation tools and custom scripts to improve data flow and system interoperability. Data Management, Reporting & Analytics Utilize SQL and programming skills to extract, analyze, and present data insights. Oversee creation of dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, and SSRS. Optimize queries, views, and stored procedures for performance and usability. Manage ERP/MES master data to ensure optimal system performance. Testing, Quality Assurance & Optimization Develop and execute testing plans, including unit, regression, and performance testing. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code, integrations, and configurations to improve performance. Implement QA standards and best practices for system customizations and upgrades. Documentation & Training Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows, coding standards, and system architecture details. Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to end-users and technical teams. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in business systems management, including programming, integrations, and team leadership. Proven track record in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and system architecture. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, VBScript, MS SQL, and MariaDB. Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases. Strong experience with system integration methods, including REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and ETL processes. Proficiency with reporting tools (Power BI, Crystal Reports, SSRS). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and development tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, set priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
