Overview
Location: Anywhere in Country. EY’s SAP Delivery Excellence team seeks a Deployment Manager to execute large SAP implementation procedures. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, the project team, and third parties to implement project plans across three Deployment pillars: Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will work with the Deployment Lead to define and execute readiness, cutover, and hypercare strategies, including site readiness plans, cutover plans, and post-go-live support and reporting. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure solutions meet business needs through collaboration with technical teams. Responsibilities
Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions. Track deliverables and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives. Participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Define and execute business readiness, cutover, and hypercare strategies in collaboration with the Deployment Lead. Manage site readiness plans and oversee post-go-live support and reporting. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree). Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in executing large SAP implementations. Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution. Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans. Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40–60%. Skills & Attributes
Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems. Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning. Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively. Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead RFP responses. Proven ability to drive complex project plans to completion with proactive risk identification and mitigations. Comprehensive compensation and benefits; base salary ranges: US locations $142,600–$261,500; NYC Metro/Wa State/California (excluding Sacramento) $171,200–$297,200.
