Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the month-end close process in a collaborative, team-oriented way. Innovate and improve accounting procedures to drive overall efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare and craft accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Lead and empower your accounting team, helping them grow professionally. Collaborate with external auditors to guide audits smoothly and effectively. Drive continuous improvements in the accounting function to ensure accuracy and streamline operations. Assist with budgeting and forecasting to support the company's financial outlook. Help develop and implement financial policies to ensure organization-wide compliance.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Over 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
