Overview
VP of Finance
– We are seeking a
Vice President of Finance
to join a large and well-established
post-acute care network
that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services across multiple boroughs. You will provide
operational and strategic leadership
across finance, accounting, budgeting, revenue cycle, and accounts payable, while leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and plays a key role in ensuring financial excellence across the network. Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of finance, accounting, budgeting, property, and revenue cycle management. Drive the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Oversee and mentor finance leadership, including Controller, Director of Fiscal Affairs, and Director of Patient Accounts. Provide financial insights, variance analyses, and KPI monitoring to inform executive decision-making. Manage external audits, cost reports, and compliance with regulatory standards. Partner with leadership across the network to optimize financial performance Qualifications
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration strongly preferred (Bachelor’s required). 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in healthcare,
with significant expertise in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities . Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, third-party reimbursements, and healthcare regulations. Proven ability to manage teams, drive results, and deliver strategic financial insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare finance systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Epic, PCC). What We Offer
