Sr. Business Analytics Consultant - Financial Regulatory Reporting & Automation at PNC Financial Services Group. Cleveland, OH. Position Overview As a Sr. Business Analytics Consultant within PNC's Regulatory Reporting organization, housed within the Office of the Corporate Controller, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. We are seeking a bank regulatory reporting analyst with a focus on automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have regulatory reporting experience with a large financial institution, experience with analyzing large data sets, and experience automating regulatory reports. This role involves using technology to streamline report preparation, ensuring timely and accurate data submission to regulatory agencies. Key Responsibilities

Automate regulatory reporting including but not limited to FR-Y9C, FFIEC-031, FR-Y14Q, FR-Y14M Analyze regulatory reports to ensure understanding of requirements to aid in automation efforts Analyze large data sets, source new information, and work with Source-to-Target (STM) documents Develop business requirements to correct existing logic or build out new reporting functionality Collaborate with internal technology teams to assist with technology development lifecycle Perform QA/regression testing to ensure accuracy of new automation efforts Engage with internal stakeholders to understand different products and processes Proactively identify further automation, process efficiencies, and enhancements Create data quality rules to analyze data and identify missing or inconsistent data Qualifications / Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, data science, information systems, or related field. Ideal candidate combines accounting and data science/technology. Experience: At least three years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial reporting, or report automation within the banking industry or similar field Strong understanding of bank regulations and reporting requirements Strong knowledge of the components of a bank’s balance sheet Strong data skills, including ability to write SQL code to analyze large data sets to support development of business requirements and QA validation Experience with bank regulatory reporting applications (e.g., AxiomSL) Ability to understand complex reporting applications and analyze existing configuration to modify/create new configuration Experience with Alteryx is a plus CPA certification is a plus but not required Job Description

Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for analytics processes, tools, and solutions across functions to enable data-driven decisions Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation, monitoring, statistical scoring, BI, data quality, and analytical product/solution development Determine optimal analytic approaches and support development, implementation and enhancements Conceptualize, develop and continuously optimize analytical solutions for operations and executive management Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management Communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences PNC Employees take pride in our reputation and we expect our employees to be: Customer Focused

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $109,500.00. Salaries may vary by geographic location and individual factors. This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance. Application Window
