Treasury Manager

to build and lead their treasury function. This is a newly created, high-impact role reporting directly to the CFO, offering the chance to establish processes, systems, and controls that will shape the company’s financial future. The ideal candidate will be based out of

Richmond, VA

or

Charlotte, NC . The Opportunity As the first Treasury Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting growth and ensuring financial strength. You’ll partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, and Operations while engaging with executive leadership, banks, and lenders. The role provides a rare blend of strategic visibility and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain 13-week and monthly cash flow forecasts to optimize liquidity. Oversee bank accounts and integrations, including onboarding for acquisitions. Manage credit facilities, covenant compliance, and lender relationships. Partner with Accounting and Operations to improve working capital efficiency. Lead the company’s fleet financing program and coordinate lifecycle management. Own the property & casualty insurance program, including renewals, claims, and broker relationships. Support M&A activity with treasury integration across banking, insurance, fleet, and working capital. Assist with financial risk management, including interest rate exposure and hedging strategies. Provide project support and modeling expertise to the CFO and FP&A. Ideal Background

5–10 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting roles. Exposure to treasury systems and processes, with the ability to build new capabilities. Strong candidates may come from Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Financial Analyst–Treasury backgrounds. Excellent Excel skills (modeling, manipulating, and querying data). Demonstrated ability to manage projects and implement new processes. Strong relationship management skills with internal stakeholders, banks, and lenders. Experience in a growth-stage or mid-sized company preferred. Why This Role
