will lead the strategic development and execution of HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, operational excellence, and organizational growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for a high-performance, inclusive culture across multi-unit warehouse operations. What you’ll do on a typical day
Design, implement, and evaluate scalable HR programs and systems aligned with business goals and operational needs Partner with Operations and Divisional HR leadership to develop workforce strategies that support growth, succession planning, and talent optimization Develop and execute initiatives that foster employee engagement, recognition, and retention across all warehouse locations Provide expert guidance to on-site leadership teams on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management Analyze HR metrics and employee engagement data to identify trends, implement targeted improvements, and measure program effectiveness What you need to succeed at GXO
At a minimum, you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience 7+ years of relevant HR experience Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR systems, and performance management frameworks Proven success in multi-site HR management and strategic business partnership It’d be great if you also have: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or Psychology Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or other HR certification/designation Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned/unplanned overtime, which may include weekends, plus occasional travel Compensation, benefits and culture
