Lead a variety of tax planning projects for a diverse client base in real estate, hospitality and construction industries, providing up-to-the-minute tax advice clients can rely on. Manage teams and work in a highly collaborative culture, prioritizing listening and information sharing with colleagues as an essential part of the role. Analyze evolving portfolios of increasingly complex tax operations to provide meaningful business insights. Identify potential opportunities and risks and communicate these to clients. Research current market trends to maintain credibility as a trusted advisor. Build client relationships and demonstrate deep knowledge of the real estate industry. Develop clear, intelligent plans and approaches to improve clients\' tax activities. Research client business operations and build long-lasting relationships to tailor advice to specific needs. Supervise a motivated team of professionals, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and opportunities to reach their full potential. Qualifications
A bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline. Seven to ten years\' real estate tax experience within a professional services environment. Extensive knowledge in a broad range of real estate tax technical and transaction skills, including partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring. Experience managing budgets, people and projects. Business development within the market. A proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization. Technical writing and research experience in a tax context. The ability to prioritize when working on multiple complex projects. Strong influencing skills and the confidence to question existing processes. Willingness to travel as needed, and willingness to work in a balanced hybrid environment. You'll also have

The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr.
