As a successful candidate, you will:
Lead strategic consulting engagements across the revenue cycle, delivering actionable insights and high-value outcomes.
Develop and implement frameworks for operational assessments, performance benchmarking, and process redesign.
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to evaluate revenue cycle maturity and readiness for innovation adoption.
Mentor and guide consulting analysts, fostering skill development and strategic thinking capabilities.
Track and report key initiatives, milestones, and ROI across transformation projects.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technology advancements; provide thought leadership.
Follows established City of Hope and department policies, procedures, objectives, performance improvement, attendance, safety, environmental, and infection control guidelines, including adherence to the workplace code of Conduct and Compliance Plan.
Practices a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Your qualifications should include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business, Finance or related field; 3 additional years of experience plus the minimum experience requirement may substitute for minimum education.
7+ years of related experience plus 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity
