You will play a key part in expanding market presence through new logo acquisition and territory development. You'll lead complex solution-selling initiatives that directly influence long-term client relationships and deliver impactful transformation outcomes. Drive consistent new logo acquisition through structured and strategic territory development Forge and strengthen relationships with Fortune 1000 enterprises Manage complex enterprise sales cycles and navigate procurement processes for large-scale implementations Maintain strong pipeline health and deliver accurate sales forecasts across the assigned region Cultivate and grow C-level relationships Travel regularly (25–40%) to build in-person connections and deepen client engagement across the territory Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline Demonstrated success in BPO, managed services, and technical solution sales Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas 5+ years of enterprise sales experience within high-growth organizations Proven experience selling complex, high-value solutions to C-level executives at Fortune 1000 companies Experience in professional services or technology consulting, with a focus on both direct and expansion sales motions Professional Skills and Abilities
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business principles and competitive landscapes Communication and Negotiation: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in leveraging sales enablement tools to optimize sales processes and drive productivity Adaptability and Resilience: Demonstrated capacity to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and effectively navigate change and ambiguity Ready to take on a new challenge and make a meaningful impact?
