as we welcome a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient team in High Point, North Carolina. What We Have To Offer
CME Reimbursement: Receive up to $2,500 and 5 additional PTO days/year for Continuing Medical Education. Work/Life Balance: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No weekends. No nights. No call. Generous PTO: Accrual starts at 25 days/year. Relocation Assistance: $7,500, paid within the first 30 days of employment. The PA/NP will play a key role in team-based patient care, conducting examinations and evaluations. Responsibilities include: Use medical decision-making skills to determine appropriate patient care plans. Collaborate with the medical team for effective team-based care. Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures; explain necessity and process to patients. Perform procedures per department or practice guidelines. Participate in basic science and clinical research projects. Precept students or medical learners when possible. Uphold organizational missions, values, and cultural commitment. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described. The clinician functions under licensing requirements (NC Medical Board or NC Board of Nursing) with departmental credentialing from the institution. Physician Assistant (PA) Requirements
Graduation from an accredited PA program; Master\'s degree preferred Current NC Medical Board Medical License, NCCPA certification Minimum of one year of experience in primary care or hematology/oncology care environment Nurse Practitioner (NP) Requirements
Graduation from an accredited NP Master\'s program; master\'s degree or higher Current NC RN and NP license Board certified as Family Nurse Practitioner by AANP or ANCC Minimum of one year of experience in primary care or hematology/oncology care environment Where You\'ll Live
