Lead hardware asset lifecycles in a technical capacity, with a focus on budgeting, procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and retirement. Provide strong leadership and build high-performing teams; manage multiple projects with prioritization and deadlines. Maintain familiarity with asset tracking systems and tools (e.g., ITSM software, CMDB). Drive clarity in technical areas, discuss concepts with internal and external partners, evaluate trade-offs, and translate complex problems into actionable plans. Analyze complex data to identify trends and propose effective solutions; demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Collaborate across diverse partners, including technical and non-technical teams; uphold a customer-centric mindset to product/service evolution. Qualifications

8+ years of technical product management or relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree. Demonstrable experience (8+ years) in hardware lifecycle management, preferably in a multi-location environment such as retail or restaurant. Preferred Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft software SKUs and licensing models. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to hardware asset management (e.g., ITAM frameworks, ISO 55000). Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships. History of delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-location environment; understanding global market differences.
