Are you a dynamic, financially savvy real estate professional looking to take the next step in your asset management career? An established and highly respected real estate investment and operating platform is seeking a Senior Asset Management Analyst to join its team in Chicago. This role will play a key part in driving asset performance across a national portfolio of retail and mixed-use properties. You’ll work closely with Asset Managers, JV partners, and cross-functional teams to optimize asset value and execution. Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Supporting all aspects of the asset lifecycle, from leasing to development, operations, and capital markets activity. Assisting in the preparation of annual business plans, budgets, reforecasts, and board presentations. Performing hold/sell, leasing, and valuation analyses to inform strategic decisions. Preparing investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Supporting joint venture reporting and approval processes, including lease approvals and capital tracking. Leading retail market research initiatives to guide portfolio strategies. Mentoring and training junior analysts, promoting best practices across the team. What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, asset management, investments, banking, or private equity. (Retail experience is a plus.) Advanced skills in Argus, Excel, and PowerPoint; DCF modeling proficiency required. Deep understanding of real estate valuation, leasing strategy, and market fundamentals. Ability to manage multiple projects, think strategically, and communicate effectively across teams and with JV partners.
