Endeavor Health . Hourly pay range: $26.36 - $39.54. The rate is determined by the candidate's expertise and years of experience. Responsibilities
Installs and repairs computer hardware and peripheral components (PCs, monitors, scanners, laptops, portable devices, handheld scanners, printers). Loads and verifies operation of software packages (OS, word processing, spreadsheets). Identifies and resolves hardware, software, and operator problems of moderate to complex nature, remotely or on-site. Maintains accurate information and data regarding end-user issues and inventory in a tracking system per policies and standards. Refers highly complex or unresolved problems to Engineer staff or other appropriate resources. Creates user accounts, assigns rights for Windows and other applications (Outlook, Office, etc.). Provides timely, courteous technical service; documents status per standard ServiceNow procedures. Installs, configures, and deploys PCs using predefined images and ISS standards; establishes network connections and installs peripherals and multiuser applications. Coordinates moves involving multiple PCs, manages resources, and monitors project schedules. Manages a range of projects from ServiceNow requests for hardware/software installs/moves; projects may last up to six months and involve multiple teams and external vendors. Maintains and updates inventory documentation with standard naming conventions. Follows procedures when decommissioning equipment for recycling; ensures safety of data and cables to avoid hazards. Remotely resolves end-user issues (software, hardware, server issues related to integration and compatibility); escalates when needed. Must be available by pager 24/7 per call schedule. What You Will Need
Education: High School Diploma or GED Minimum one year of computer-related experience Knowledge of Windows operating systems License/Certification: Valid driver’s license if off-site duties are required; evidence of automobile liability coverage may be requested Certifications: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, Windows 7 Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) are preferred Benefits (For Full Time Or Part Time Positions)
