Top mid-size RIA/BD – Hybrid - Near Stamford, CT – Stock. This range is provided by KDS Strategic Search Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. A high-growth, independent RIA/BD is scaling and needs a hands-on HR Partner who loves building, problem-solving, and partnering directly with senior leadership. You’ll be the go-to for day-to-day HR delivery and own projects that move the business forward. The team is tight-knit, no-ego, and moves fast—this opportunity is bigger than one message can capture. Day-to-day HR delivery
and
project ownership
across Employee Relations (ER), recruiting support, annual cycles (compensation, performance, talent review), and L&D initiatives. Partner with
senior leadership
to support business priorities and strategic people initiatives. Qualifications & what they’re looking for
HR Partner

hands-on delivery
across Employee Relations (ER), recruiting support, annual cycles (comp, performance, talent review), and project ownership (L&D, process, programs). Professional Services
or
Wealth Management
experience required (open to both). Thrives in a
lean , fast-moving environment, comfortable switching between day-to-day work and projects. Executive presence
with senior stakeholders (Divisional Presidents, OC members, Risk, CCO, Legal/GC). Autonomy
and ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities; able to take initiative and follow through without micromanagement. Style fit:
no ego, reliable, “roll up your sleeves,” relational, credible advisor;
not a pushover . Day-to-day + Projects
Employee relations : coach leaders, manage cases, run/follow investigations. Performance reviews, compensation/talent cycles, promotions, year-end processes. Recruiting support : JD refinement, interview coordination, stakeholder coaching. Programs & L&D : create/execute initiatives (e.g., ER escalation training, manager capability). Seniority
