This is an opportunity to work on preeminent, news-worthy matters including some of the largest IPOs in the world as well as advising public companies on significant strategic transactions, capital markets offerings, and general corporate and securities law matters. The ideal candidate will be a 4th or 5th year associate with experience from a top firm and excellent academic credentials (top law school and great grades required). Very strong 3rd years will be considered. The DC office of this firm is relatively small and very collaborative, with partners really emphasizing training and mentorship.
