What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Ensure successful implementation of Workday's product solutions for healthcare clients Lead design sessions and configure systems to meet customer requirements on concurrent projects Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain life cycle, including procurement and contract management Analyze business challenges and develop effective solutions leveraging technology and resources Provide mentorship and foster individual growth and development within the team What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 5 years of experience as a functional consultant implementing SaaS applications in the healthcare sector 5+ years of experience with Supply Chain SaaS applications Proven record of leading projects from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and successful go-live Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience Ability to travel up to 50% How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
